The rugged countryside and weather dictate the necessity for durable functional headwear. The canvas design of the Drover is an excellent example of a hat that protects from rain, wind and sun. The nylon mesh crown allows for ventilation on the hottest of days. The crown is 4" high and trimmed with a braided suede hat band. The brim width is 2 3/4". A nylon chin cord can be used to keep the hat on during rough weather, or to keep the hat compact when packed. To fold the hat for packing, simply indent or crease the crown and fold up the sides of the brim creating a taco-like shape. To pack even further, fold the taco in half. You can then use the chin cord to hold the folded hat in place.
