The Perth Topper from Betmar is a sweet and flirty small frame dress straw hat. The slightly slanted crown is a 4 4 1/4" at the highest point and 3 1/4" at the lowest point. Tonal sinamay straw drapes around the crown and ends in a single flower with stripped hackle feathers to match. The 3" wide downbrim has a tonal grosgrain ribbon binding. Tonal grosgrain ribbon sweatband. Available color: Black, Hyacinth Blue, Pink, Green, Seafoam, Red, and White. Available size: One size fits most, fits up to size 7 1/8 comfortably.
