The Providence Downbrim from Betmar is a great small frame dress hat. The sewn braid body is 100% natural straw that is ligthweight and durable. The 5" high square crown has tonal sinamay straw trim and flower. The downbrim is 3" wide. Tonal grosgrain ribbon sweatband. Available colors: Black and Taupe. Available size: One size fits most, fits up to size 7 1/8 comfortably.
