If you like the outdoors this is the hat for you! Columbia Sportswear's UPF 30+ Booney is made out of 100% nylon Perfecta-Plus" cloth, which means that it gives you full sun protection up to 30 UV protection. The brim measures at 2 3/4", full coverage for the face, neck and ears. The underbrim helps to reduce the glare from all surfaces. The crown sits around 3 1/2" high. The inner sweatband is made from terrycloth, soft on the forehead and absorbent too. The adjustable chinstrap secures the hat when in adventurous weather. The hat itself is quick drying, so it could be the perfect accompaniment on the river-rafting trip. The draw-cord at the back of the hat is adjustable for a comfortable fit. UPF 30+ is embroidered center back of the hat, while the Columbia logo label is off to the right side.
