The Cultural Arts Center of the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is proud to bring this month-long program to the City of Columbus, Ohio.

"Hey, Columbus...What's On Your Head?" will honor the rich history and long tradition of the making and wearing of hats. The Cultural Arts Center is located at 139 West Main Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
