The Dots Cocktail Hat, also known as, "Dottie", is a stunning oversized cocktail hat made of black mesh fabric with red velvet polka dots.

The mesh fabric can be easily managed and adjusted to your specific look you are trying to achieve.

-The headpiece measures 5 1/2" in diameter.
-The mesh fabric approximately measures 8 5/8" high at its tallest and approximately 18" wide at its widest.
-Delicate feathers measuring approximately 7 5/8" long complete the creation.

Color: Black/Red.

Size: 1-Size fits all.
Can be worn tilted over the left or right eye, or any which way you desire. Elastic string included for ease of wear, use along the back hairline to secure the headpiece onto your head.
