The two-tiered cake is lopsided just like a Dr. Seuss story, wacky till the end. The striped candles mimic the Cat-In-The-Hat hat. "Happy Birthday to You!" is embroidered upon the lowest tier of the cake. The yellow cake is made from velvet, so its smooth but it won't melt in your mouth. Frosted in white and set upon a blue platter to present to the Birthday girl or boy.
