This stovepipe style top hat is made of red and white felt strips sewn in a striped pattern. The crown is 12" high. Wear these to the new Broadway musical "Seussical the Musical", but not inside the venue, you don't want to block anyone's view of Rosie O'Donnell.

Size: Youth (the youth size is quite small. We recommend the adult hat for anyone older than a toddler).

NOTE: You will have to stuff this hat with paper or some other stuffing material in order to get it to stand upright or look like the photo. Hat is shipped folded flat.
