The Gov-nah Tricorne from Elope is a great hat for any regal military costume you have laying around. The traditional tricorn is made from a polyester moleskin, red and gold trim accents the edge along with white feathers.
Material: Ultra suede, red and gold laced ribbon trim.
Available color: Black.
