80s retro is the hot trend and so we thought we would join in with the Flap Hands cap. This cap was widely worn throughout the decadent 80s at all social functions, who doesn't want a round of applause if someone drips chip dip on their shirt? The cotton twill cap has a pair of tan polyester hands that are holding festive pom poms. Monofilament is pulled to move the hands in a clapping motion.
