The peak is constructed from high grade shiny patent plastic on the top and a green poly/wool on the under peak.
The badge is hand crafted using gilt wire, silver wire, velvet, and cast anchor. This is all embroidered onto a melton wool and finished with a cotton backing.
The base material is a cloth backed PVC pique with a embossed corduroy finished. This is laminated to foam for added body and shape.
The sweatband is a perforated foam backed vinyl and has a stripe of velveteen for forehead comfort and support.
The lining is poly/satin with a added grease protector for the top of the head.
