Pretty hat

The hat arrived misshapen at the crown. Company was immediately responsive about how to gently fix it, but I was unable to do it. I tried a couple of times, but I was afraid to ruin it by overdoing it. I think they should use better packing forms when shipping.

Quality of hat excellent. Love the look and it’s packable. It is a little big for my head though and that’s unusual for me. Should be able to make an adjustment using inside band.
