The Lace Swinger from Jeanne Simmons is a great inexpensive dressy type straw. The all crochet toyo body is lightweight and breathable due to the open weave. The round crown is a 4 1/2" high and the scalloped edge brim is a 4 1/2" wide. Tonal toyo straw hat band can be used the size the hat down comfortably. Dress up the hat with your favorite scarf or flowers. Tonal grosgrain ribbon sweatband.
