Effective on a variety of items such as hats, jackets, boots, saddles and materials such as suede, smooth leather and fabric, Bickmore's Gard-More Water & Stain Repellent Aerosol Spray helps prevent damage from perspiration, rain and even grease stains. Gard-More features a light spray that dries quickly and will not change the color, tone or texture of your hat. It protects against scuffing and rub off, so it can be used on other items in your wardrobe. The repellent features no silicone which will not seal pore structure allowing leather, suede and fabric to breathe.

Bickmore's Gard-More Water & Stain Repellent is environmentally safe and will not deplete the ozone layer.

Manufacturer Instructions for Use:

  1. Always check for color-fastness in a hidden area before using. Can be safely used on all colorfast suede, leather and fur/wool felt hats. Not for use on unfinished or rawhide leather. 
  2. All items must be clean and dry before treating. Use step 3 for leather & suede items or skip to step 4 for hats. 
  3. Leather & Suede Care: Spray can 6-9 inches from surface. Let dry at least 1 hour. Reapply periodically. 
  4. Hat Care: Brush hat counter-clockwise. Spray hat 6-9 inches from surface. Rebrush and let dry at least 1 hour. Reapply periodically.

Still waiting for the product

As much as I would like to review the product, (and more importantly, protect some suede boots) I cannot, as it is still caught in the USPS processing black hole. But at least it hasn't played ping pong between states like a different package I ordered. Of course the USPS delays aren't your fault, but you asked for a review and I'm sitting here enjoying my coffee on NYE morn and figured, maybe they really are interested in my opinion. Maybe I can even find a nicer Ivy cap to replace the cheap one I have. But how do I know what size to buy? I cannot find a size guide or measurement listing. Tis a mystery...
