The yellow PVC coated polyester is completely waterproof, so if you ever wanted to stand out in a torrential downpour, your hair won't get wet. The inside earflap helps to protect your ears from the chilling winds and the chinstrap helps to secure the hat onto your head. 5" 6 panel cotton lined round crown.
