If you're not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or color.
Please note the following limitations:
• Items must be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
• Wholesale, B2B, custom and special orders are FINAL SALES and are NON-RETURNABLE.
Note: During the Christmas holiday season, the return/exchange deadline is extended until January 20th.
To Make a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides damage/defect (see limitations above) you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge. We will accept new and unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
An return/exchange form is included with each order shipped, however, if you need another, you can click here to print another. Please, fill out the form completely and legibly and enclose it with your exchange or return.
Carefully repack your order and ship back to Village Hat Shop via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We recommend using a ground service that provides tracking, as Village Hat Shop is not responsible for any lost shipments. Please keep the return shipment’s tracking info for your records. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge via UPS Ground service.
Your refund or exchange may take up to 3 weeks from the date of your return shipment.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please notify us immediately upon receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise by calling our customer service department
toll free within the US at 1- 888-847-4287, or 1-619-906-4440 for non-US customers, 7 days a week, 10am-5pm PT.
Include the name of the original purchaser and the best method to contact you. We will refund your Amazon account within 2 weeks.
International customers will be responsible for paying all shipping charges on exchanges, please include any additional payment information on the form.
