| In the picture the points coming off the hat have pillow stuffing or something similar inside them. So I figured the one I got would as well, it didnt. It came folded up in a plastic bag. So now I have to cut the threads on the silk-like lining and stuff some stuffing in them. Now as far as size, I have the adjuster as far open as you can get it, and it fits perfect on my 22-23" head. Sorry, I had to use a 12" ruler to measure my head, I measured by putting the tip of the ruler on the middle of my forhead and rolling it straight around my head. So its between 22" and 23". The only reason I didnt return it was because the materials feel good and strong, and the hat looks like it was made well. | ||||
