| I just purchased my second Sam Houston Planter hat. My previous one was in perfect condition after over 13 months of daily and extended wear. I served in West Africa as a missionary. The daily temperature is nearly always over 100. I saw 127 on several occassions. The hat was in no way damaged, only a bit discolored from the dust sticking to it from my perspiration. I left it simply because it isn't very convenient with four kids during air travel. I am completely satisfied with my second and expect similar service of it. | ||||
