| I am very pleased with my purchase of the "Dr. Seuss Birthday Cake" hat. I purchased the hat for my special needs students to wear at school on their birthday. They wear it all day. They love it. I am very happy with the quality of the hat and the fact that it is adjustable. It is well made, colorful and stands out over all other brithday hats at my school. I feel I made a good investment that I will have for years to come. | ||||
