| I cannot give a rating since on this hat. It was my first choice but after I ordered it, while wondering what was taking so look for delivery, I decided to email customer service about it and discovered to my dismay that the hat was out-of-stock until mid December! This never showed up in the color selection (it however, shows up now) and neither did anyone from customer service try to contact me to inform me. I live in IL so I needed my hat rather quickly since the weather has turned colder so I was not happy and ordered another hat although it was NOT my first choice and was more dressier than I wanted it to be. I did get compliments on it. | ||||
