| My whole experience with VillageHatShop.com was great. there was a mix up with my debit card info that was resolved simply. My hat arrived exactly when I was told it would, wonderfully packaged with return label conveniently included. (NOT that it was needed). I had a hat almost identical to this one a while ago that got pitched (I suspect) because it had my fishing license attached to it. I had been looking for a replacement for a while but only found a few candidates. but they were either too heavy or way overpriced. This hat is perfect. The first thing I did was apply a nice coat of mink oil and let it dry on the heat vent. Then I beat the crap out of it and dirtied it up a little bit so it didn't look so new. It looks, fits and feels GREAT. Also I found a kickass online coupon for 20% off. I wish all my purchasing experience were as good as this one. Good on ya to everyone at VillageHatShop.com | ||||
