  I paid extra for 3 day shipping, but it took 8 days. When I complained, the response was so dismissive as to be infuriating, I was told that the day the hat shipped cannot be counted as a day, nor could Saturday. I was also not informed that December 31 was considered a holiday and UPS would not ship. So, I did not get the hat for a full 8 days, long after I needed it for a particular occasion. The customer service was absolutely inconsiderate of my needs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They offered no compensation at all.
