| I was very excited to buy this hat. It would have been perfect for me to put on my very large head (24.5") on my upcoming flyfishing trip. That's why I paid the considerable delivery charges to Canada. Well, it came quickly and when I put it on... it was just like every Med/Lrg hat I have ever tried. Not even close to the right size - and no way that the "XX-Large" label on it was accurate. I carefully measured the inside circumference of my new hat: 23" - as compared to the website's claim of 24 5/8". I then had to pay to ship it back so TVHS can see if what I described is true. I am hoping to get a hat that is actually as big as advertised. And wondering how ethically returns are handled by the Village Hat Shop- no way I should have to pay to return or for the reshipment of a properly sized hat (if one exists). I am hopefull this will be the case. Will update as things develop. | ||||
