I would have to say that I agree with a lot of the other reviewers regarding the actual colour as opposed to the appearance on the website. I ordered it in gray, and it is much darker, with a VERY SLIGHT tinge of green. The colour actually worked better for me, as it matches my trenchcoat. As for the size, I ordered it one size larger than my headsize [a suggestion from a couple of other reviewers], and in my case, it didn't seem to help. In future, I will be ordering in my exact size.
This hat is of superb quality. The fur felt is thick [yet surprisingly cool to wear in the sun] and water resistant. The snap-brim stays curved up in the back and on the sides, and stays snapped down in the front. Just what I was looking for. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars for me is the fact that it costs $100, yet arrived with defects [however, minor]. I haven't heard of many other reviewers with this happening to them, so it seems as if it is a rare occurance.
