| I have had many hats in the past and like the way I look in them. I should have been born in the early 1900s. This straw hat looks great, is not hot (I live in Georgia) owing to the sweatband being totally breathable and when on, the band gently cradles your head. When removed, my hair does not look like "hat hair" and I don't have an indention from its being too tight. The braided leather hatband looks expensive, not plastic as I was afraid it might. At 65 years old, this is just the hat to give me the desired glances from even the younger ladies. Believe me, I don't kid myself that they're looking at ME, but rather my appearance in this Panama Fedora. It only costs a little more to go first class! | ||||
