| I am five feet tall and wear a hat every day (and no, I'm not talking a baseball or trucker cap!) yet shy away from those that are too broad, despite how much I love them, because of my small stature. This hat has taught me a lesson. I ordered this hat because I wanted duplicates (in every color) of one I purchased last summer in Naples, Italy. That was a "big" broad hat but which seemed correctly proportioned for me. This hat was the same hat, but even bigger! At first I was disappointed because it was otherwise so like the one from Naples. After several days I put it on and was overwhelmed -- not BY the hat but WITH my love for this hat! I carried the hat in my hand while traveling from GSP to DFW to MIA to POP and back on a recent pleasure trip. The lesson? It's important to remember the rules, yes, but with the right attitude, any hat can be yours in spirit! BUY THIS HAT! Get it in the color that most flatters and pleases you, then choose a dress for IT rather than the other way around! | ||||
