Now let me say a few words about the service I received from Villagehatshop.com. I ordered my hat thinking my wife would be home to accept it. (I was traveling for work.) The next day my wife informs me she wanted to go and visit our son, his wife, and our one year old granddaughter. I called UPS and tried to change the delivery date and/or location. They were no help at all. Very frustrating. I called the Village Hat Shop and the nice lady I spoke with took care of it. She had the hat shipped to her and shipped it to me when I arrived home.
