I emailed the Village Hat Shop, but their only suggestion was to steam it with a tea kettle.
A brick and mortar hat shop offered to reblock it for me no charge, but they are quite far from where I live, perhaps I can find one closer.

While this Fez is MUCH better made than any I've seen previously elsewhere, the one I received had been stored in the warehouse pressed flat and so has a huge crease and visible "dent" from ear to ear. No box either, which seemed odd given it's $120 price. I emailed the Village Hat Shop, but their only suggestion was to steam it with a tea kettle.
