I am in the process of returning this hat because I don't like the actual color of it, which is darker than the picture online. Also, I don't like the quality of the weaving of the straw---- too many loose ends hanging out in different places. I am a HUGE fan of Village Hat Shop, both for the general quality of the merchandise plus the great customer service. I also especially like the blog that Fred writes sometimes, on the larger issues surrounding us in the country and world. This is the first item I've chosen to return, so I'll be back often. Thanks. |
