| This is a high quality hat. The sparkles are very pronounced, unlike the picture. This surprised me (in a good way) when I took it out of the box. The hat is made of a heavy material. It is not going to wear out any time soon. The scarf is removable, silky, and very feminine. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Highly recommended! | ||||
