Runs big. I am usually right at the L/XL border. I ordered an XL and it was just too big. Through the great customer service at Village Hat I got it exchanged quickly and with no hassle. They even made sure it was processed quickly so I had the replacement in time for vacation. I didn't ask them to do that - they just did. Great hat - my wife loves it!~ |
