The online description is correct. The turban style was very popular during the Golden Age of Hollywood. I have seen it in many classic motion pictures. Since I wear that style exclusively, I was happy to find it available here! It is supremely comfortable and of a nice elegant-looking material ....(just rayon) but looks much better! A funny thing....I almost didn't keep it at first , because in trying it on, I found that it rather flattened my face and it wasn't becoming from the profile. I needed more height. So, I took some tissue paper and stuffed that inside, arranging it appropriately. Viewed from all angles, this looked perfect!! And it stays in place. Looks fabulous with hair up or down. On me, it looks best to wear it with hair behind the ears and some prominent earrings. |
