| Saw this hat in an airport, and bought five of them...one for me and one each for four friends. We have all enjoyed them, and now I am on my third color. They are so comfortable, even in the south's humidity, that I wear it all day. | ||||

My mother bought this hat at a department store and has worn it every day for a year. She has a history of skin cancer and chose this model for its wide brim and substantial fabric to protect her face. She also loves the adjustable cord inside. I just ordered her another one in a different color and she was thrilled since she'd been unable to find it in the stores locally. It's been her favorite hat ever, and she's had a lot of hats over the years. VillageHatShop.com has a great selection and great service. Highly recommend this hat and this web site. |

| I ordered three of these hats in black, mint and yellow. The colors are great. My sister had one and recommended it. It is very comfy, flatters all faces and protects well from the sun. | ||||

| I initially purchased three of these hats and now own nine. I don't believe you can ever have enough of these until you have one in every color to match sundresses and tees. Unexpectedly, I adore the hat in red...it is a beautiful, clear shade of red, and has prompted me find and purchase a red purse today. These hats are chic and fit just about every occasion from sun bathing on the beach to pairing of the black hat with a black linen dress for afternoon tea with gal pals ...simply a perfectly flattering hat on everyone. However, I do warn you...you will want one in every color. Scala has hit this one out of the ballpark...It is a super winner! | ||||

i own a couple of these hats in different colors. they travel great and look very cute on. the brim is easily manipulated to look just right and there is a hidden draw-string cord inside for those of you with smaller crowns. just a very versitile, very simple, very cute hat! |

| I have five of these hats. I wear one all the time, especially in the summer because my eyes are photo-sensitive. I love the protection they provide along with style. The care instructions tell you to only spot clean, however, I once made a mess of one of my hats. I hand washed it in cold water with a mild laundry detergent then, packed the crown with plastic bags, reshaped the brim, sat it on a towel to let it airdry, and it came out just fine. No matter where I go with my hat, I always have someone telling me how great it is - I have to agree whole heartedly. The Lanikai hat is the BEST. | ||||

| I bought it in red and besides the shade it provided, I was always easy for my friends to spot in Disneyland. It is a great hat! It look good on, easy to store in a bag. My favorite hat to wear. | ||||

Kids don't wear hats unless they are comfortable. My grandchildren kept theirs on while we played at the beach and the pool. The adjustable drawstring kept them from flying away in the breezes. I just reordered one that we left behind somewhere on the island. I hope someone is enjoying it as much as we did! |

| got the walnut color for our spring break holiday in florida! i have a fairly large head and it not only fits well, but the band tie helped keep it from blowing away with the strong gulf breezes. the hat is very flattering and i was happily able to rearrange the brim to suit my whims for different looks or sun coverage. i definitely will be ordering more of these hats in other colors. | ||||

| I recently was on a vacation/visit to Florida to see my Mom. The first week was cool and rainy..the second HOT, HOT, HOT and perfect for the pool. On the way out I grabbed this pretty light yellow hat from her hat rack...Within the first 5 minutes at the pool...I'd FALLEN in LOVE with this Scala Lanikai hat! I've ALWAYS had a difficult time keeping a hat on due to discomfort, inadequacy of the product, or just couldn't PACK that Panama Straw hat without it getting ruined. I even took a picture of the inside label before I left for home so I wouldn't forget, and could order one. I LOVE THIS SCALA HAT! The draw string fit is genius!
