| After gentle handwashing, reshaping and air drying this hat won't have its original smooth finish but still will look fine at the beach, in the pool, gardening, etc. I wear it everywhere I'll be perspiring in the sun and do get stains as a result. On my white one, I pretreat with Oxy-Clean before handwashing. This style is my choice for function rather than looking perfect. | ||||

| I absolutely love this hat. I bought it several years ago on vacation and it was the best hat purchase I ever made. Being a redhead I need sun protection all day everyday. I wear this hat with everything - from jeans and everyday wear to dressier occasions. It works with everything. I receive compliments everyday I wear this hat. Everyone wants to know where I got it. I would purchase one in every color if I could afford it. | ||||

| I wore mine down to the desert and it was great through the crush of camping. Definitely great for personal shade and pretty snazzy with a scarf tied round it. However, after awhile you need to wash it. Once it loses its sizing it droops in your face and then you must replace it. I haven't figured out how to wash and starch it to keep it as nice as it was new. So then I buy another...in a new color. | ||||

| I bought my first one at the beach many years ago, and every year I end up buying yet another one in yet another color! They are everything the ad says and more. The only problem is that store clerks will tell you they are "washable" and the disclaimer here says they should not be immersed. Luckily, I did not listen to the store clerk! My hats need little or no care, I just pop one on and away I go! | ||||

| Saw this hat in an airport, and bought five of them...one for me and one each for four friends. We have all enjoyed them, and now I am on my third color. They are so comfortable, even in the south's humidity, that I wear it all day. | ||||

Kids don't wear hats unless they are comfortable. My grandchildren kept theirs on while we played at the beach and the pool. The adjustable drawstring kept them from flying away in the breezes. I just reordered one that we left behind somewhere on the island. I hope someone is enjoying it as much as we did! |

| I chased 2 women around the pool until I found out what hats they were wearing! Just received my 1st (I'm sure of many!) and am thrilled. Perfect as I have a big head. Also, I don't usually look good in hats, but this hat is definitely the exception! | ||||

| I love this hat. I now have three! I got my first one on vacation in AZ. When I got home and my friends saw my hat they wanted to know why I hadn't gotten them one. I had to call and order one for them, too. I get compliments all the time. I really appreciate the SPF 50 and how easy it is to adjust to keep on your head - even at the beach. | ||||

At last I have a hat that looks as good as it feels, and I do not feel self conscious wearing it. I tuck up my hair and have the added pleasure of pinning the hat to my hair with my grandmother's antique hatpin. Thanks |
