| I have been on a quest for the "perfect" sunhat, and this is the closest I've come. I have two, and plan to buy another. My only complaint is that, with repeated washing, the hats start to droop. But at this reasonable price, it's not such a big deal to replace it. It stays cool, packs well, comes in a vast array of colors (the only trouble is trying to choose one), and it provides excellent sun protection. | ||||

| I got my first Lanikai Sunhat a couple of years ago in San Francisco. I bought another in Delaware last summer. That hat disappeared last month on Martha's Vineyard, so I bought three more online. They actually fit my large head! I can dress them up with pins, ribbons or a scarf. They pack, they certainly make me look better in 85% humidity and 94 degree heat in New Hampshire. They keep the bugs out of my face. I have let friends borrow one and they HAD to get their own in the right color for them. | ||||

I wore my first Lanikai until it was worn out! It fits great, looks great and has just the right size brim. People always ask where I bought it. I just ordered 2 more. They pack very nicely. |

| I purchased my first Scala hat on vacation at the Outerbanks and received many compliments. It's adjustable band is great, necessary for those windy days! I even pleased my hairdresser when she spotted me protecting my color while at the neighborhood pool club! I then purchased two more here for a trip to Disney. One more for me and one for my sister-in-law! | ||||

This is the greatest hat. I bought 6 of them in different colors. I wear them everyday all day. Only problem is not being able to throw them into the washing machine! |

| I needed a new sun hat, so did a Google search for Scala hats (I bought one at the Chicago Botanic Garden a few years ago and loved it). When I found this one, I couldn't decide on a color, so I ordered two--and then a third! It fits me very well with the inner drawstring tightened just slightly, and really does provide excellent protection from the sun. I'm barely over 5' tall, so can't wear a very large-brimmed hat, but this one is just right. | ||||

| I own such a hat and bought one for my mother. They wear very well and stay nice after being in my suitcase. I wore mine in Costa Rica and several vacations after that. They really keep the sun out of my eyes and go with every outfit | ||||

| I purchased my first hat at the San Diego Zoo and fell in love with it. Now I have 6 more in different colors to go with all my outfits. It's great for travel and every day wear. | I purchased a Scala Lanikai Sunhat over a year ago. I have very sensitive skin and it was a necessity to find a hat to protect my face. The Scala hat is a wonderful! I hate wearing hats! But, the sunhat it is so light and has great air circulation. My family couldn't believe how much I like it. They tried it on and loved it. I just purchased several hats for my family and another for me. I highly recommend the Scala Lanikai Sunhat. | ||||
