| I always felt that hats did not fit me well. I needed a hat and tried on the Betmar Cloud 9 Topper in the store and was sold on hats. I've been looking for more ever since. | I purchased this hat in Black to wear with a black cocktail dress and black and white polka dot shoes. It's very light weight, great quality and it is gorgeous! I tried it on in the store and you would have thought I was royalty (i guess i am), the way women were reacting. I am very pleased. | ||||
