| It's been two, maybe three years. This one is still my favorite straw, it's outlasted a couple of others. Got it shaped to my preference, and it holds its own with the other folks's hats in Texas. It's a working hat (as are most of mine). It'll function as stylish at a honky-tonk, and it works hard out on the lands or in the oak woods. Was a little leery of a "fashion" hat; but, fashion or not, THIS is a WORKING hat. Holds up. Excellent straw. Recommended, but if you don't like the brim, per se, shape it. Make it personal. I did. This one's near to my heart. | ||||

| As a woman who wears a XL size hat, I have to buy mens hats. This one is my 'fav' summer hat, I have personalized it making it mine. I wear it almost every day in the warm weather; in LA. that's most of the year! It's been through the rain and heat of 2 -3 summers here, and as a single woman I do my own yard work and have worn it for that. I love this hat and if something was to ever happen to it, I'd buy the same hat and do it again. Thanks for having this great hat. | ||||

Nice hat but shrunk down 2 sizes after a couple years of sweating in it. I live in SW Florida so you sweat here sometimes ;-) (well, most of the time) I painted it black since Shady Brady doesn't offer this hat in black...and why not? Nice hat but hoping to find a hat this style (ventilated) in black. ciao |

| I bought this hat going on 13 years ago way beore it was the Bon Jovi. I wear it swimming, white water rafting and water skiing. It's been to Mexico and back three times. I called the manufacturer and John Brady himself got on the line and told me he wind surfs in his and how to reshape it. You cannot buy a better straw hat! You will never regret purchasing a Shady Brady straw hat!! Best Raffia staw hat made!! | ||||
