I've been looking for a bucket/stingy brim/player style hat, but nothing quite had the combination of look and fit. The Axelrod turned out to be just what I wanted--and I didn't even know it until I took the plunge and ordered one up to try. With its shorter crown, this hat managed to complement my tall, thin face without adding an undesirable "conehead" effect. I went with black. Great looking color combo in person. |

| Bought this hat for my daughter and I to share. Fits us both well, however, looks best on us with the brim down like a bucket or cloche hat; that's why I gave it a 4. Great quality, as always, from the Village Hat Shop. I like that it's packable and lightweight. Feels great for summer! | ||||

| I was a little skeptical at first, looking at the hat online, but when I got it I was totally surprised. Love the hat and the way its made. I can wear it wit jeans, shorts or whatever suits my mood. I definitely plan on purcahsing more hats | ||||
