| What a great hat! I mow 5 acres of Washington Hawthorns that literally eat straw hats. Not this one! Branches with thorns simply bounce off leaving my noggin unscarred and well protected. Unbelievably lightweight and airy too. Actually looks better than the picture. | ||||

| I found the hat to be very cool & airy for my head. I take it with me to the caribean where I need the protection from the sun for my head & face. The broad brim gives me the protection & the open weave keeps my head cool. I do wish that a carrying case was available to carry on planes. I end up wearing the hat thru the airports & putting it in the overhead on the planes. However it can get abused by other items in the overhead. | ||||

| The quality of this pith helmet is excellent. I bought this for my husband for Christmas. When he opened the box, he said "Wow". He had mentioned several times that he would like such a hat and I wanted to get him one of good quality at a reasonable price. Thank you also for the fast delivery. | I searched for days on the internet for a hat like this for my husband. We saw a similar one while on vacation in Tennessee, but the store was closed. I was so pleased to surprise him with this one! Its better than the one we saw in the store. It provides good shade and is very cool. It washes off easily, too. He loves it! I am reordering several of this hat. They are perfect for outside yard work. The wind won't blow them off! They get air to your head so you stay cooler - & in Texas that is a plus! I am getting more for my father and myself. |

| I have been using this hat for many years. It gives full shade and lets the air cool my head becase it is not 100% solid, more like a 98% straw mesh. Oddly this is the only hat that will stay on my head while I am riding my 70cc Honda scooter. I wish that I could reorder the interior sweat bands, that would make this hat perfect. | ||||
