| I LOVE MY HATS! EVERYONE IN MY OFFICE WANTS TO WEAR THEM AND I REALLY HAVE TO WATCH MY FELLOW CO-WORKERS. I HAVE TO TELL THEM THAT THESE ARE MINE AND THEY WILL HAVE TO GET THEIR OWN,LOL! THE FEDORAS ARE OFF THE CHAIN! | ||||

| The hat looks great and wears well too. I do have to admit that I ordered an XL since I wear a 7 1/2 baseball hat that fits really tight. XL was too large so please take their advice and order a size below what you'd normally wear. | ||||

This is the first non-baseball-cap hat that I have ever owned. Well, except for that stupid cowboy hat that I owned for about a month back in the early 1980s. The price is great, and value for the price is outstanding. I followed the advice of VHS and got it one size smaller. It's a little snug, but the bigger size would almost certainly have been too large. I'm very happy with the hat, and I'm now shopping for my second hat. A larger selection of pork pies would be nice---especially something a little more traditional. And how about some hat bands too? |

| I've been making the transition with my head gear for a few years now! I'm loving the classic look of the fedora because it goes well with my career as a Jazz/Soul vocalist. I can wear it casually and I dress it up as well. Its the perfection addition to my evolution into a "GROWN MAN"! Thanks guys for the style AND the customer service!! | ||||

| I ordered this for my husband for a Cuban themed birthday party that I threw for him. I ordered a XXL since that is what the measurements indicated, but it was a little too big and hung to low over his eyes. XL would have been perfect. Nevertheless, the hat is stylish, breathable, and sexy. Goes well with any color and can be dressed up or down. Excellent price for such quality. | ||||

| My 12 year old grandson loves the hat. For some reason, he started wearing fedoras - I guess he practices his brand of diversity. He says it is a great hat! | ||||

| I have just started wearing hats. This hat is a good value and really sharp looking. I get compliments every time I wear it. Good quality. Losing shape just a little in our high heat and humidity (but probably no one notices but me). Good to be able to get this in Large Size 2x. | ||||

| Another excellent value from VHS. Very soft and pliable without feeling "cheesy." The sizing advice is accurate; I ordered one size below my usual, and this lid has a nice, snug fit. As usual, VHS is a pleasure to deal with; I'll be buying more hats from you in the future (this is #6). | ||||

I'm rather new to this hat-wearing business. But I wanted to find a hat that was lighter in weight for the summer compared to my knit winter fedora. [Pros:] This hat is light and comfortable, and truly makes friends (who at first thought the idea of bringing hats back was stupid) a little jealous. I often have friends grabbing my hat when I take it off to put it on, and have even had requests for hat suggestions after buying this hat! When I first received my hat, the top (inside the indentation) had a loose stitch which I thought nothing of at first. After wearing the hat for a day, however, that loose stitch turned into a huge hole. I contacted Village Hat Shop who offered to send me a replacement hat at NO CHARGE and they certainly won my business for the future. [Cons:] 1) The front tends to turn up instead of staying down, but overall still maintains a fedora look, regardless. 2) The hat stretches a little, and apparently runs about a half size large? (I ordered a medium) So it is slightly looser than most of my other hats, but I think the size Small would not have fit at all. I was in an "in-between" size, admittedly. Unless you're at the bottom of the size measurement range on the sizing chart, I recommend ordering your usual size. OVERALL a great hat. Highly recommend o everyone. |
