And I love it! Picked up a 7 1/8 in black, and have gotten nothing but positives from everyone, including random strangers. This is the first hat I've owned that was actually made to a size, so I can't really speak to how well or accurately these are sized, but it does fit based on the measurements I made before buying. The snap brim required a little steaming/shaping to retain the look I like (low in front, nice tight "curl" on the sides) but has held the shape great since being steamed a bit. All around, I love it. I removed the feather, and as another reviewer mentioned, they vary from the photo. Mine was a pretty subdued black/white/grey color scheme, but I'm just not in to the feathers. The only nitpick I have is the Bailey badge in the hat band. I wanted to remove it, but due to the way it's attached I don't think I can without damaging the hatband. At any rate, wonedrful "real" felt for the money, looking forward to ordering another color in the future. |

| I love the hat but...I ordered a 7 1/8 and received a 7 5/8. I put some spacing material under the band and it works fine. It won't stop me from ordering in the future. | ||||

| The only real drawbacks I see are the wool felt (as opposed to fur) and the thin, papery sweatband, but for the price, this hat is excellent. I steamed mine and re-shaped the crown into a diamond crease, and tightened the front pinch. With the tall, untapered crown and stingy brim, the Executive has a nice, 30s-ish look to it, for an affordable price. I bought mine in a butterscotch/Camel color which seems to be discontinued now. | ||||

The quality and shape of the hat are very clean and crisp, the only flaw I found to the product is that the color of the feather is not accurately reflected by the picture, and there currently seems to be no control over that. (I received a black and grey feather) Otherwise, excellent purchase. |

| This hat has earned me so many compliments, even in the first few weeks I've owned it. It fits perfectly, looks great, and holds a high quality appeal from the minute its worn. There are cheap hats, and there are Bailey's hats. I'll never buy another brand. There's no need. | ||||

| The hat on the website has a red feather and the one they sent me has a black feather. This may be trivial to some but it was key to the ensemble I was wearing. I deducted 3 stars for that. I ordered the hat on Saturday for a concert on Thursday. The delivery was quick and the hat, despite the black feather, actually looks better than the picture on the site. Two stars for that. | ||||

| This hat is phenominal for the price! I currently dress in a 1930's style, (3 piece pinstripe suits) and this hat perfectly completes the look. It's also a great quality hat; the best one I own in fact! I also really appreciate the fact that the crown is taller than some others I own (it actually fits my head without putting a bump in the top of the crown; and the taller crown is also a hallmark of older hats). The sizing is spot on, it fits very well; some of the others I've owned fit much looser than this. Overall a very good hat, my only wish is that Bailey would make this hat in a light grey with a black band; that would make my day! | ||||

| I'm very very very picky about my hats. By far, this one is the finest dress hat I've ever owned. Comfortable, nice form, goes with anything, great for all seasons, and I've received a million compliments. I also have the black one in the same style. As I've gotten a little thinner on top, it keeps my head warm (much needed in the northeast!). Was also delivered in a nice box that keeps it's form. | ||||
