| This hat is, by far, my favorite hat that VHS carries. Extremely well made, but not outrageously expensive. The brim can snap up or down in the back (personally, I prefer it worn down). Firm enough to hold it's shape, but soft enough to be comfortable. The hat is crushable, of course, as advertised. I bought this hat a couple years ago when VHS offered it in Loden (dark green). I just received my new Fall Brown hat, and I must say, the color greatly differs from what's depicted in the VHS photos. Much darker, like a rich dark chocolate color, still very nice! So please take that into consideration when ordering one of these hats. Expect a darker color. Over all, 5 stars all the way! | ||||

Very nice hat, well made so it should last a long time. I wear a 7 1/8 size hat and the medium fits me perfect. This hat is crushable which I am sure will come in handy. The color of the hat is darker than shown on the website but I had read that in other reviews so it wasn't surprised, in fact it's what I wanted. Now let me say a few words about the service I received from Villagehatshop.com. I ordered my hat thinking my wife would be home to accept it. (I was traveling for work.) The next day my wife informs me she wanted to go and visit our son, his wife, and our one year old granddaughter. I called UPS and tried to change the delivery date and/or location. They were no help at all. Very frustrating. I called the Village Hat Shop and the nice lady I spoke with took care of it. She had the hat shipped to her and shipped it to me when I arrived home. |

| This is a good looking hat and of great quality. I love it and where it often. Even with my gym close which drives my kids crazy but it looks good. In fact, with this hat on your head it makes no difference what you wear, it will be in style. | ||||

| I have been looking for this hat in that color and I found it on village hat shop. a little back ground on me and my hats. I have a black fedora that is about 25 years old and I still wear it. had it cleaned and blocked, but it is still a good looking hat. I plan to buy a couple more hats from village hats. when I find something that works, I never let go, so village hat people you are stuck with me. Good Job, I am very pleased. until the next time. | This is a very fine hat for the price. The wool felt is dense and substantial. I was pleasantly surprised when I put it on my head and the fit was perfect, right out of the box. I expect to get lots of use out of this hat and will definitely look at Bailey products next time I'm thinking of buying a hat. | ||||
