| This is a great hat. I've worn fedoras all my adult life. When I was younger, I'd find good ones in second-hand shops, and if they fit, I'd be satisfied. I usually favored the narrow-brimmed, high-crowned style. I bought my first new fedora in 1987 and it fit so well and looked so fine, I wore it all the day, every day. I had it for years, but when it was ruined in the tsuyu one steamy early summer in southern Japan, I was heart-broken. I searched for years for a hat to replace it, but it was the one that got away. I could never be satisfied by another. I kept trying to find the identical style and color, but was always disappointed. I made the crucial decision to try to find something different, different style, different color, and when I tried on this Bailey Barr soft-felt number, it was love at first sight. First of all, this is a beautiful hat. I chose the beaver brown and never had a second choice. This is a light and comfortable soft hat and I usually wear it with the brim turned up. When it is very bright, I can turn the brim down for eye protection. I learned: You can never replace that lost hat, but there is always another one waiting for you down the road. When you can't be with the hat you love, love the hat you're with. | ||||

| I hadn't bought a soft hat in many years. When I bought my very first hat in the late forties, it took me almost an hour before the salesman was satified that the hat was right for me. I agreed with him. Your Fedora has given me the same satisfaction, and only took me a few minutes on the computer. | ||||
