| Order & shipping far above world class. The hat is on the mark on sizing. Perfect if you spend time in a vehicle, Not as big as a range or cattle hat. Being smaller & stiffer, expect to take at least 2 yrs in the elements before you get it broke in with that "Indy" look. Still, It looks fantastic out of the box. I wouldn`t know a soul who could be dissappointed with this hat.Best buy for the money anyone could want---from first timers to old hands. Give up those ball caps! | ||||

| I purchased this hat for my husband's birthday. He loved it, but I got the wrong size. Villagehatshop.com replaced it without any problems, and got us the right size very quickly. My husband loves the hat and wears it every chance he gets... he loves Indiana Jones. My grandma says it reminds her of the one my grandpa used to wear and tip his hat to her back when they met in the late 40s. Very classy looking! | ||||

I bought the crushable wool version and this one. I found the cheaper version was not very good, so I reccomend you to buy the fur felt, if you want a good Indy hat. As I said for the wool felt review: This is a good hat The service is superbe and the shipping faster than light It's a good replica of Indy's fedora BUT While the wool felt version is too elastic and this makes it impossible to reshape the hat, this version is way too stiff, and this makes it difficult to reshape the hat, too. Yes, because the shape needs some modifications. The pinch should be tighter, and the brim is too flat. A note about the photo: the ribbon appears to be black (as it should be), but it is, in reality, a purplish brown! I hade some problems with the hat size. I have a 58 cm head, so I needed a Large Size. But, while the wool felt version fit very well, the fur felt one occurs to be a bit too large. Anyway, I solved the problem by inserting some linen stripes inside the sweatband. Final judgement: if I weren't a purist, I wouldn't have noticed all these details. So, if you are not searching the Grail, BUY THE HAT: IT'S WORTH IT. I may be fussbudgety, but...c'mon, for 100 bucks it is a great deal. |

| I purchased this particular hat for my husband for a Father's Day gift, and I am so happy that I did! My husband is gonna love it! The customer service I receieved was amazing for one thing, my purchase was shipped immediately and the hat itself is amazing. The quality of it is incredible and yes it looks so much like the hat Indiana Jones wears it's like I took it from Indiana's closet! Amazing! I would recommend this hat to anyone, for the price it is more than worth it, I usually have buyer's remorse, but with this hat I don't. | ||||

| I was a bit skeptical between choosing from fur felt and cotton felt fedora's. Mainly the price. I had looked to about as many as 15 different sites, and not kidding i found the same picture on another site for half the price. BUT!!! When something seems to good to be true. It usually is. SO i purchased from this company. and i am completly satisfied! I would buy from this site again. :D | ||||

This hat is made very well and is quite stylish. It is all they say it is and more. I have had several compliments about the hat and a couple of folks have said they are going to get one. I also had to return the first size I purchased as it was too small and the Hat Shop replaced it in a timely manner and paid for the shipping. Thank You |

Quality feels good, it was easy to shape when i held it over steam for a bit. only thing that bothers me is the ribbon, it should be black, this one is like a purlpe |

So far dealing with VHS has been smooth and timely. The order was processed quickly and the hat arrived within the same week. Overall the quality seemed very good for a mass-produced hat from China. I ended up returning it because it runs a bit big. I'm a size 7 1/4 so I ordered a Large. I tried the hat on and it was just a bit loose. Also, it is a very stiff hat and the brim was nearly flat due to the packaging. I would have had to do some steaming to get it to look right. I also discovered the hat did not work with my features. |

| I have several 'indy' hats, all of the 'wool felt' variety. This is the first 'real deal' indy hat for me. It arrived within about 3 days of ordering it, and was in what is essentially a shippable hat box. The sizing chart seems to be very accurate, as on me I'm a 'large x-tra large'. I considered getting the 2x large but didn't want it to float on my head. The hat fits well, and once you get its rather firm brim sorta moulded to the lumps and bumps of your head it fits well. Well worth getting, and its not something you see every day, as it is not a tourist hat, unlike what for example you can get at any Disney park. | ||||
