| I bought this hat because I really like the style of it and am very pleased with it. I misread the sizing chart and ended up getting one too large, but Village Hat Shop fixed it and even shipped the new hat with two day airmail via UPS. Not only does the new hat fit great but it looks just as nice when I wear it. | ||||

| If you are a quality hat lover, this hat may not be for you. Iown a wool felt fedora and decide that I needed the higher quality Fur Felt, as I own several other hats (mostly fedora's) and wanted a high quality Indiana Jones, as I wear this Hat syle a lot. Well, quality o this hat is not much better than the wool felt. Looses shape easily. Beneath the fur felt, it feels as if they had used coarse carboard as a base, as a result, shaping the hat is extremely difficult. It will do, but, frankly, I expected much higher quality. | ||||

So far dealing with VHS has been smooth and timely. The order was processed quickly and the hat arrived within the same week. Overall the quality seemed very good for a mass-produced hat from China. I ended up returning it because it runs a bit big. I'm a size 7 1/4 so I ordered a Large. I tried the hat on and it was just a bit loose. Also, it is a very stiff hat and the brim was nearly flat due to the packaging. I would have had to do some steaming to get it to look right. I also discovered the hat did not work with my features. |

| This is a very comfortable fedora. It is durable yet plyable, does not lose shape. The fur felt is very soft and non abrasive. If you are looking for a great fedora, this one is it. | ||||

I wear a 7 1/8 and the Medium fit me well. The hat is not as stiff as another fur hat I got recently (in an "outback" style) made by Stetson. This one has more "give" to it, so it conforms to my head better and felt comfortable out of the box. The upper crown seems fairly stiff, so it should keep it's shape well. I may give it a higher rating later, but I just got it yesterday and need more time to see how it holds up. My wife loved the look. She wasn't taken by the more western style of other hats I have and liked the narrower brim on this one. |

| This hat is well made and I love it! I ordered the wrong size at first but The Village Hat Shop was easy and fast to exchange it for the right size. Now I have a well made and fitting hat and am a happy camper! | ||||

Because I live in Belgium I was a little frightened to buy a hat in the USA but I must say it is a very good service and a very good hat! Happy that I decided to buy it! Also no problems with customs authorities! |
