| This is a fine hat that fits me really well. If it is, as some suggest, closer to an 8 sizing that is my good luck. But it does in fact seem to fit very comfortably. Good quality construction, color and shape is good. | ||||

| One of the best hats I've ever owned. I removed the Indiana Jones pin easily. The hat has a quality finish and is well made. The hat looks good in casual and dress clothes. It works great keeping the rain and sun off your face. You cannot find a better quality hat for the price. Not many men have the character to pull off wearing a hat like this everyday. I've gotten a number of compliments wearing this hat. I've found the sizing chart consistent with the sizes of other hats I own and did not have a size issue when I received the hat. | ||||

I at first bought the 2x hat, but it was too big. It really is a size 8. I returned it for a X-Large, and it fits perfectly. My only suggestion is that for this much money you should be clearer with the sizing. I would pay more if I knew I could get a 7 5/8 which is my size. The XL is a 7 5/8 and the XXL is an 8. The hat itself is great and it is really good looking. It goes well with my black leather jacket. I bought the black version of this hat. |

| I bought one of these about a year ago because the one I bought at Disneyland got ruined in a rainstorm. It's a very nice hat. The only complaint I have about it (actually this applys to all of the "Indiana Jones" hat except for the $500 limited edition one) is that the top of the crown doesn't look right. In the movie the top of the crown dips down in a "V" sort of shape but all of the replicas have a raised round bump. Other than that it's a very nice hat. | ||||

Nice hat but the sizing is off too much. My XXL is closer to 8" than 7 & 3/4". I really hate it when a hat is not sized properly, but then I am more used to high quality cowboy hats that won't be 1/32" off at worst. I also bought the wool felt version and it was a perfect fit at 7 & 3/4" in XXL. |

I see this is discontinued now, so a review may be pointless. My size is between XL and 2XL. The wool felt version I got years ago fit properly at 2XL so, I did the same with this one. When it arrived I tried it on and it was slightly big.(no big deal, I was prepared for that being between sizes) Then when I go to pull the hat band back I find it is glued to the liner in random spots. It appeared as if glue had either soaked through the liner material or someone was just careless. Most spots pulled off without effort. Two I had to use an blade to separate the band from the liner. Some of the leather stayed attached to the liner for all the spots but there is no visible damage. I was then able to make a hat sizer and get the fit I wanted. Other than this workmanship issue the hat seems fine. I haven't worn it yet other than fitting, or even removed the tags. I thought about a return but it was less hassle to just fix it. Now that it is discontinued I might have found the XL too small and been out of luck making fixing it the better option. |
