| I recently purchased a Stetson Temple at a Stetson outlet store--love the retro look with the wider front part of the brim. While at the store, I tried on the Stetson Downs and knew it would be my next purchase, which I ordered from VHS. I love the sleeker look of the narrower (2 3/8'), more uniform brim width in combination with the teardrop crown. This hat has an absolutely wonderful profile. VHS service was outstanding--it arrived well packed way before I expected it to arrive. Thanks for a great hat and great service. | ||||

This is my first Stetson Downs. The fit is perfect. The hat looks great. I also have two Stetson Whippets and this one is very similar. The Whippets have a bound brim edge, this one has a plain edge. All three are super nice hats. They look like much care has been taken in their manufacture. I purchased it from Village Hat Shop, and the service was the absolutely first class. The price was very good, and the free shipping was appreciated. |

| I have broad rimmed hats for summer/sun/adventure activities. I wanted something finer for the Fall and Winter. It's kept my head warm and dry, and I've received compliments from young and old. Baseball caps are boring, knit hats are too scratchy, but this is just what I wanted. | ||||
