Super hat, especially for the price. If you've never owned a fur felt hat (rather than wool), you owe it to yourself. The only problem I had (my fault, not the hat's) was that I sweat a lot and the hat became sweat-stained. I got it cleaned and will have to put some kind of barrier under the hatband. This hat is worth more than the price! |

| I truly love this hat. Pork Pie's are my favorite style and when I was shopping around to get one in a gray, I found this one to be the best priced. Although it does not specify that the brim is snap down, the brim can be snapped down. Keep in mind that this is Fur felt and not wool felt for less than 100 bucks so you can not beat the price | ||||

I agree with William Bridges-What a difference in how people respond or treat you when wearing a hat such as this. I just started wearing hats (ugh-on base ball caps) and the response is outstanding. I found it a bit stiff at first when putting it on, but once I got used to it (or it got used to my head), well a love affair was born. Terrific product!!! |

| This is one of the least expensive hats I own, but one of the best. I love the stiff brim that holds its shape. My only problem with it is that it doesn't come in brown. Can y'all rectify that? | ||||

| A fine hat with nice feel and construction. The wider brim is a terrific feature, reminiscent of pork pies from the late 30's and early 40's - you'll feel like Cary Grant in "The Philadelphia Story"! Can be worn with the brim up for a more modern, casual look or down in the classic Hollywood style. Quality and styling are comparable to hats for twice the price (or more). Only quibbles: the felt is a bit stiff, and I also would have preferred an all-silk liner. But overall an excellent, very reasonably priced hat - two thumbs up. | ||||

| I bought this hat and the wool Jaxon porkpie together (the only wool hat I own). The Monk is fur felt and a very nice hat, but I prefer the smaller brim and shape of the wool porkpie. Both hat's are great and for the money you can't beat them. I own many hats, some of them high dollar, but I will definately be adding more of the Jaxon brand to my collection. If you don't mind a little wider brim on your porkpie you will not be disappointed with this hat. | ||||
