Superb in every respect. Ordered as a gift for Christmas and delivery was sooner than expected. Material and workmanship appeared to be quite good. My Mom suggested a size XL and this turned out to be too large. All necessary instructions for return were included with initial delivery. My Step-father is anticipating the replacement in a correct size. I could not be more pleased with my experience with the Village Hat Shop. |

Perfect product and best service! Fortunately I red this reviews about sizes suggesting that they are running too big. So I ordered a medium which is supposed to be small for me but finally my Downer fit me perfect when it arrived. Despite of this matter the hat is perfect and very cool |

| I bought this hat with two other Rex downers, and two greek fisherman caps. This one did not fit, and only one of the other Rex downer hats did fit. Neither of the greek fishermans fit at all. All hats but one were at least one size too large, but were all marked as the same sizes. I had to buy the hat sizers at an additional cost to me of $30 in order to have hats that fit. Not exactly bargains. Returning them would not have helped as sizing is not consistent, unless consistently not correct is considered consistent. | ||||
