Unfortunately, the Kangol 504 has gone the way of so many great icons: Now made in China, and shoddily at that. I ordered two (returned one for exchange, and then returned the exchange for a refund). Fabric and shaping are third-rate at best. The little kangaroo symbol on both sits a bit akimbo, speaking volumes about its mass-production and lack of attention to detail, or even basic quality control. I take a 7 3/8, so I first ordered a large (too big) then a medium (too small). If you want a true Kangol, check the internet (ebay, etc.) for a vintage Made in UK version. Hard to find (I found one for $125, but passed on it!). Sad to see so many once-great items consigned to the trash-heap of China.

The cap is great (actually two! Black & Brown) The company also matched the price and shipping for this product which was available on another site. Great customer service and prompt delivery. I am really impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend this site and will return again. Thanks heaps!!

When I ordered this hat, I was a little concerned about the fit. It fits great and looks good. I'll be ordering from VHS again soon.

I bought a couple different colors of the Kangol 504 hat to match my overcoats and I really couldn't be happier. I have recently changed my style from fedoras to ivy hats and these fit and look great. My daughters say they make me look "cool"! (If any hat can make your teenage daughter think you're "cool" - you buy two). They're very well made. (These hats will grow old-er with me). The service was great, delivery was very fast and the price was extremely competitive. I highly recommend Kangol hats and The Village Hat Shop.

It is always difficult to purchase an online product with any degree of certainty because you cannot touch or, in the case of this hat, try it on. The VillageHatShop product page reflected and described my Kango Wool Ivy cap as well as if I had gone to a brick and mortar store to purchase. And at a fair price.

My husband LOVES his new hat. It is warm, water repellent, and flatters his round face. It looks dignified with a suit, and casual enough for the woods. Who knew that such comfort could help make a fashion statement?

I purchased this hat for my husband who had his stolen by a onery wind gust at the Grand Canyon. The hat arrived on time, in perfect condition. The quality of the hat is better than the one it replaced and the price was actually less than I originally paid for the first one (at an outlet store). Thank you for such great service.

I ordered this cap for my father for Christmas. It came before Christmas, and he asked to see it and then asked if he could wear it right away, instead of waiting for the Big Day.
